Thank you for your interest in my review team! Please read through the rules and then click on the form link at the bottom to sign up.
How is this process going to work?
1. When you join the team, you’ll get The Demon’s Possession for free via a Bookfunnel link (This is the one and only time I’ll provide a book file this way, any following books will be transferred through Smashwords).
2. Once you have posted a review, you can turn in the link by sending it to me in an email to StreetTeam@Kierstenfay.com with a subject line: Turning in review of {Book Title}
3. In the same email, you can request the next book you’d like to receive. Once your review has been verified, you will receive a Smashwords coupon code to download the next book file to review.
4. Within thirty days of requesting the new book your next review is due.

FAQ
Why must I have a Smashwords account?
In order for me to send you a book for free, I will need to send you a coupon code for you to download it from smashwords.
How long do I have to turn in a review?
30 days. If you need more time, I’m totally flexible, just be sure to let me know, but I think posting a review within 30 days of receiving a book file is a reasonable time frame.
What if I requested and received a free eBook, but then didn’t turn in a review and it’s past the 30-days?
There is a 3-strike rule. If you request a book but don’t turn in a review within the allotted time, that will be one strike against you. If that happens three times, you’ll be removed from the Review Team. Again, I’m flexible. Life happens. If something comes up and you aren’t able to post a review within the time frame, let me know and we can work something out. If you know you won’t be able to read and review a book within the 30 days, then I suggest you wait to request the next book until you have more free time.
How do I turn in a Review?
Just email the direct link to the review to me at StreetTeam@Kierstenfay.com If you’re ready for the next book to review, you can include the title in the email. The subsequent review will be due 30-days after you’ve requested the next eBook.
Where should I leave a Review?
Anywhere you’d like! The more places, the better! Amazon is one of the best places to leave a review, and will influence the most people. The second best place for you to post a review is on your blog if you have one. You can also leave a review at Barnes & Noble, Kobo, LibraryThing, GoodReads, or anywhere else your heart desires!
Review Guidelines
A review is not the same as a book report. People who read reviews aren’t looking for a summary of the book. They just want your thoughts & opinions. Did you like it? Yes or no, and why. Reviews don’t need to be super lengthy, but longer reviews may be given higher authority.
Ultimately, the point of a review is to help readers decide if they might be interested in the book. Here are a few guidelines to writing a simple and helpful review:
- What did you like about the book?
- Did you have a favorite character?
- What made that character stand out?
- What did you think of the world presented in the book?
- Did you enjoy the storyline?
- Are there other authors who are similar in style to the book you’re reviewing?
- Would you recommend the book.
